This track was done as both a tribute and a challenge. Recorded as a 'Welcome back to Australia' message for Vicki returning from Venezuela after 7 years away - not sure when - mid 80's? Written by David Mills and Vicki Larnach and originally played live by David, Vicki and Paul Dengate.
I copied Vicki's keyboard lines on my sequencer (took a million takes) and copied David's drumming on my DMX drum machine with Paul playing wonderful boggling electric over the top. Recorded in Paul and Jay's 8-track studio in Willoughby circa 1985. Vocals by Jay. © Mills/Larnach
